Overview

IDRAK is a cloud based academic operating system used by schools, colleges, and universities across Pakistan to run the full student lifecycle. Reivex was part of the core team that built and shipped the platform, covering everything from admissions and academics to assessments, finance, attendance, and parent communication. It is live at well known institutes including the National College of Arts (NCA) and Rashid Latif Medical College, among others.

Challenge

• Institutes were stitching together spreadsheets, basic LMS tools, and bespoke fee software, with no single source of truth for student data.
• Each institute had its own grading rules, fee cycles, attendance policies, and reporting needs, so a one size fits all SaaS was never going to work.
• Faculty and admin staff had limited technical training, which meant any new system had to feel obvious on day one.
• Parents and students wanted real time visibility into attendance, grades, and fees on mobile, not just a web portal.
• Data sensitivity and access control had to meet the expectations of registrars, finance offices, and QEC departments.

Solution

• Designed and shipped a modular SIS covering admissions, academics, assessments, attendance, finance, transport, hostel, and analytics, with each module configurable per institute.
• Built role based access for students, parents, teachers, registrars, finance, and management, with audit trails on every sensitive action.
• Engineered an online assessment and grading engine that adapts to local rubrics, transcripts, and QEC evaluation requirements.
• Delivered native feeling mobile apps for students and parents, with push notifications for attendance, grades, fees, and notices.
• Offered flexible deployment, including managed cloud, dedicated cloud, and on premise installs for institutes with strict data residency requirements.
• Layered analytics and dashboards so principals and registrars get real visibility into enrolment, performance, and fee collection without exporting to Excel.

Results

• Adopted by leading institutes including the National College of Arts (NCA) and Rashid Latif Medical College, with the same configurable core powering very different academic models.
• 100 plus automated processes across academics, finance, and operations replaced manual workflows for institutes that adopted the platform.
• Faculty and admin teams were able to onboard in days rather than weeks because of the configurable, low learning curve UI.
• Parents and students gained real time mobile access to attendance, grades, fees, and notices, reducing inbound calls to admin offices.
• Institutes consolidated multiple legacy tools into one platform, improving data accuracy and reporting confidence.
• Configurable architecture meant new institutes could go live without code changes, just configuration and content load.
